Quarter-finalists confirmed for Pan American Senior Championships

It’s quarter-finals day at the 25th Pan American Senior Championships in Lima, Peru.

Among the last players remaining include home favourite and reigning champion Diego Elias of Peru, as well as yesterday’s surprise winners Ronald Palomino of Colombia and Peru’s Alonso Escudero.

In the women’s draw, among today’s players are top seed Nicole Bunyan of Canada as well as up and coming teen stars Laura Silva of Brazil and Fiorella Gatti of Paraguay.

Play begins at 10:00 (GMT-5) with the women’s quarter-finals, followed by the men’s quarter-finals at 10:45.
